    • Basic one to one session @ £75 per hour

    • Block of 6 x one to one single hour sessions @ £420

    • Block of 12 x one to one single hour sessions @ £850

  • Provides a safe and insightful space for couples or individuals to openly discuss their issues and for me to observe the dynamics and triggers so we can find solutions and breathe fresh life into a stalemate situation.

    • Relationship Coaching @ £90 per hour

    • Block of 6 x single hour sessions @ £520

    • Block of 12 x single hour sessions @ £1000

  • This service is specifically geared to helping students identify blocks to personal and professional progress through expressing their fears and anxieties in a safe constructive way so they can gain clarity, confidence and congruence which equips them with valuable life skills to face their future challenges too.

    • Student Coaching £45 per hour

    • Block of 6 x single hour sessions @ £250

    • Block of 12 x single hour sessions @ £500
